Paid members have 24/7/365 access to the gym and may train anytime as long as it does not interfere with scheduled classes. Open Mats is an opportunity for combat sport athletes from other gyms to cross train with us. See a coach to inquire about participating. Holiday hours may vary so please check our Facebook page.
