Impact Zone has a 5,000 square foot training facility that includes premier mats for Brazilian jiu-jitsu, kickboxing and self defense training as well as heavy bags, Muay Thai bags, speed bags and a full complement of striking gear. In addition, we have a full line of Hammer Strength weight machines, Smith machine, power racks and over 6,000 pounds of free weights.  There are stations suitable for Olympic lifting and Powerlifting workouts.


We have a full line of strength & conditioning equipment and stations that include Rogue bumper plates and bars, a 20 foot Rogue Fitness Infinity rig, climbing ropes, box jumps, medicine balls, slam balls, rings, Landmines, GHD apparatus, Concept 2 rowers, assault bikes, sandbags, Bulgarian bags, push and Prowler sleds, battle ropes, jump ropes, kettlebells, Strongman equipment, tires and may other pieces of Rogue Fitness equipment. The facility also has an extensive parking area that is suitable for outdoor strength & conditioning workouts.

I started at Impact Zone just doing the Friday conditioning class. Never did I know I would come to make this place my home away from home.
